Reach for Recovery is proud and thrilled to introduce professional singer Danielle Bitton as our Ambassador. Danielle recently entertained her neighbours at her Sea Point flat and people living in flats nearby by singing from her balcony. Thousands of people who watch her videos online notice that she is completely bald – yes, she is still receiving chemotherapy after she had a double mastectomy in January 2020. Yet, she finds the strength and the spirit to sing to her heart’s content for the people in Sea Point. This very talented young woman and breast cancer survivor has chosen to serve Reach for Recovery as an Ambassador and to raise funds for our organisation. A portion of online donations for her balcony concerts will be donated to RFR.
Danielle will be doing more online balcony concerts on 24, 25 and 30 April. We call on all our volunteers, family and friends to support her online concerts by following the link below.
Watch this space – we will be sharing Danielle’s personal journey with breast cancer with you very soon. In the meantime, click on the following links to learn more about Danielle and to hear her beautiful voice.
